Responsibilities:
• Providing IT software and hardware support for desktop/ Helpdesk
• Install and maintain PCs, network printers and IT software
• Proficient in Microsoft Technologies is a must.
• Providing support to mail servers and data servers, and LAN/WAN
• Involved in user account administration
• Involve in JD Edwards support & maintenance.
• Documenting operational procedures/instructions
Requirements
• Minimum NTC/ ITC/ Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support environment (helpdesk/desktop/Server Network)
• Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
